Our doctors and staff want to give their time and attention to your pet! We have the following policies in place to assure each pet and client get the time they deserve for individualized medicine.

Appointment Deposits:

We require a deposit upon scheduling all surgical and ultrasound appointments. New patient and certain doctor appointments will also require a deposit. Your deposit will be applied to your visit. Our Client Care Specialist can provide further information when scheduling.

Late Arrivals:

If a patient is more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, they may be asked to reschedule. We do try to accommodate whenever possible, but can’t always make room with a fully booked schedule.

Last Minute Cancellations and Missed Appointments:

24-hour cancellation notice is required for all doctor appointments.  48-hour notice is required for all surgical and ultrasound procedures. Deposits will be forfeited if proper notice is not given.

Payment Policy:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the receptionist prior to seeing the doctor. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
